The Business Development Executive will identify, create and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate foreign exchange sector. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing new business relationships and effectively identifying and communicating appropriate foreign exchange solutions. The goal of the BDE is to establish rapport and build credibility with clients through effectively presenting solutions that encompass clients' entire international payment needs and establishing Calforex as the primary provider. The ability to communicate, present and negotiate with executive level positions within a prospective company both over the phone and in person is essential for success in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact prospects and set appointments with new business opportunities. Market and close sales opportunities for Calforex Solutions' foreign exchange products and international payment services.
Build and maintain strategic business relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and utilize networking opportunities to establish Calforex as a credible member of the professional community and to identify and create new business opportunities.
Research and analyze clients' business objectives, identify their foreign exchange and international payment requirements, and design a benefits-based solution and action plan demonstrating how Calforex solutions can meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the FX markets
- Commercial awareness to identify good leads and business opportunities
- Polished presentation and phone communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in real-time
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
The successful candidate will ideally come from a similar background e.g. sales, telesales, customer services, financial advisor, B2B sales, client acquisition. However experience is not essential as full training will be provided. You must have a good work ethic, articulate, outgoing and an excellent telephone manner

Direct Marketing Associate

Retail Supervisors
The position of Supervisor is responsible to ensure day-to-day operations of the Retail Branch are performed efficiently, profitably and effectively as possible. The Supervisor coaches and develops his/her employees on an ongoing basis, providing Performance Evaluations and constructive feedback.
