You acknowledge that all information regarding your trades, accounts, and related transactions may be reported to, disclosed to and reviewed by law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law.

We safeguard your personal information and only maintain it for the length of time required by law and for our business records. After that, we will anonymize or securely destroy it.
